Museo de Historia Natural
The " Luis Iglesias " Natural History Museum preserves a valuable anthology of historical-scientific legacy and is Galicia's only real Natural History Museum. It consists of three rooms where we can see a large number of collections (with a total of 25,000 specimens) of fauna, flora and minerals, not only from Galicia but also from all parts of the planet.

Open : All year round except August. Group visits: 9 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Friday by appointment only. Private visits: 10 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Friday. In July: 9 am to 1 pm.
Museo du Arte Sacro (Museum of Sacred Art)
The monastic community of Antealtares originated in the 9th century when, after the discovery of the Apostle's remains, King Alfonso II of Spain founded a monastery for Benedictine monks in the surroundings of the tomb, in order to look after and render worship to the vestiges of St. James .

Centro Galego de Arte Contemporaneo (Galician Center of ContemporaryArt)
The Centre intends to be a dynamic center: drama & music features, lecture series, artist workshops, open discussion between artists and critics, a video platform program, are hence part of its daily activities.
